Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister has expressed support for dialogue with the ruling coalition.
He stated that he would advise the party founder to engage in talks with the government at least once for the sake of strengthening democracy.
During a meeting with senior journalists, he emphasized that the Kalabagh Dam must be constructed in the national interest, as smaller dams cannot serve as a substitute.
He criticized cheap politics for causing serious damage to the country and rejected the notion that politics should come before the state.
The Chief Minister also highlighted the need for more provinces, clarifying that the idea of creating new provinces is his personal opinion, not a party stance. He argued that such a large province cannot be managed effectively under the current system and suggested that new provinces could be formed through proper administrative and financial models.
He further added that the country requires technocrats for some time, pointing out that Imran Khan also supports a presidential system. In his view, the existing system has failed to resolve national issues.
