Sixth Annual “Big Macmillan Coffee Afternoon & Community Fair” Held Successfully in Wolverhampton

The sixth annual “Big Macmillan Coffee Afternoon & Community Fair” was successfully held at Dunstall Hill Community Centre in Wolverhampton, organised by Secret Angels in collaboration with Macmillan Cancer Support.

According to Alvina Ali, Chief Executive of Secret Angels, the purpose of this family-friendly event was to bring the community together on one platform and raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The fair featured a wide range of stalls offering delicious food, cakes, tea, games, raffles, lucky draws, mehndi, and face painting providing entertainment for both children and adults alike.

Distinguished guests in attendance included Deputy Lieutenant Carmen Watson, MP Warinder Juss, Councillor Azeem, Councillor Ahmed, and Councillor Tahir.

The event successfully raised approximately £4,400, which will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Participants praised Alvina Ali, her dedicated team, and volunteers for their hard work and commitment, emphasising that organising such a successful fair every year is a reflection of their spirit of service, compassion, and continuous effort. The event stood out as a wonderful example of community unity, love, and mutual cooperation.
