Grand Milad-un-Nabi Celebration Organised by Central Seerat-o-Milad Committee in Rawalpindi

In continuation of its long-standing tradition, the Central Seerat-o-Milad Committee organised a grand Milad-un-Nabi celebration in front of Markazi Jamia Masjid Hanfia, Rawalpindi. A beautifully decorated stage was set up for the central procession, where Milad parties were warmly welcomed and encouraged.

Throughout the day, Naat reciters presented heartfelt tributes, reciting Durood and Salam and expressing deep devotion in honor of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. The stage was graced by distinguished religious scholars, spiritual leaders, political and social figures, as well as prominent citizens of the city.

The event was overseen by the Central Seerat-o-Milad Committee leadership, including Group Leader Nadeem Sheikh, President Haji Muhammad Mahfooz, and committee members Abrar Ahmed Sheikh, Asimullah Qureshi, Fawad Hussain Butt, Ghulam Ali Khan, Sheikh Kashif Rasool, Farhan Sheikh, Sheikh Uzair, Hamza Qureshi, Bashir Ahmed, Asif Javed, Waqas Nadeem, Kamran Alkhairi, Kashif Khan, and Chaudhry Sajid Latif.

Prominent guests in attendance included Pir Mujtaba Farooq Gul Badshah, Pir Jaleel-ur-Rehman, Pir Atiq-ur-Rehman, Pir Wajahat Noori, Allama Hafiz Iqbal Rizvi, Pir Moeen-ul-Haq Chishti, Qari Azam Noorani, SDPO Rana Naeem Yasin (Waris Khan Circle), SHO Raja Tahir Mehmood (Police Station Banni), Khurram Latif Khan, Javed Qureshi, Faheem Malik, renowned Naat Khawan Qari Ayaz Chishti, Tayyab-ul-Hasni, and District Peace Committee member Malik Ejaz.

Representatives of the business community also participated in large numbers, including Dost Ali Jan (Senior Vice President, Rawalpindi Chamber of Small Traders & Small Industries), Asif Javed (Vice President), Rana Khurram (Senior Vice President, Central Traders Association Rawalpindi), Shiraza Mughal, Chaudhry Tanveer Aslam, Syed Fazail Kazmi, Syed Azkar Kazmi, Nadeem Abbasi, among others.

The Rawalpindi Police made comprehensive security arrangements to ensure a peaceful and well-organised celebration. The event concluded with prayers for peace, unity, and prosperity of the country.
